Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu's Birdman soared high earning eight nominations from Florida Film Critics Circle. Close behind was Wes Anderson’s surprise sleeper hit, The Grand Budapest Hotel, which earned earned seven nominations. The other big multi-nominee was Richard Linklater’s Boyhood, earned five nods.
