Golden Globe Nominations announced

Birdman leads Golden Globe noms with Pic, Director, Actor, Supporting actor and actress, Screenplay and Score. Followed by Boyhood and The Imitation Game get 5 each. Selma was celebrated with 4 noms providing a sense of credibility to it's status. Foxcatcher and The Grand Budapest Hotel get a nice boost from HFPA. The biggest surprise was the total shut out of Jolie's Birdman and Eastwood's American Sniper. Jake Gyllenhaal's incredible turn in Nightcrawler is rewarded with a well deserved nomination following the SAG's acceptation. Same goes with Jennifer Aniston, there's clearly a support for her in the industry.

The 2015 Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast live at 5:00-8:00 p.m. (PST)/8:00-11:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
